“Do not let other people’s fears become or reflect on your own fears.” Weeks after I have been diagnosed with a malign tumor in the brain these words by Sonia changed the perspective of what I was living. I realized I was using my energy to absorb the shock and fears of others, diverting me of the most important: my healing. Little by little, with the great help of the treatment with Sonia, I went recovering emotional and physically. I was gaining confidence and channeling all my energy to continue fighting and get ahead in this process of transformation and learning.

I contacted Sonia for healing energy sessions several times in the past years for different reasons (heart surgery, accident, cancer). I overcame all of my health conditions with the proper medical care, Sonia’s energy healing work and wellness coaching, and my strong determination to be healthy. One of the sessions that I remember the most is when I visited Sonia because I was feeling tired, dysfunctional, brain fog, confused. After that session I came back to balance, my mind was clear, and I was able to take good decisions. I also want to mention that Sonia taught me Reiki levels 1 and 2. These courses helped in my own healing process in every level, physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual.

I am grateful to Sonia forever. I had severe pancreatitis that led to heart disease and diabetes. My extremely compromised state of health took me to intensive care for 20 days and then I still stayed in the hospital for another month and a half. When I arrived home after a long recovery in the hospital, I was stable. With the passing of days I lost my appetite; eating very little with the feeling of being full very soon. Also, I hated the smells of food. I lost too much weight (50 pounds) and I looked like skin and bones. Emotionally I was very depressed, not even feeling energy to get up off my bed. I couldn’t come back to work after my recovery. The doctors told me that I couldn’t eat because I had bags of fluid around the stomach that reduce the space of the stomach to expand (for that reason I was feeling full with very small meals). They said I had to do another surgery in a month and a half to drain all these fluids, but with my being underweight and heart problems, it would be a risky surgery. After trying some options without good results, my wife contacted Sonia for energy healing and coaching. Immediately after the first session I felt a shift in my energy, life energy nourished my body and emotions, my state of mind become more positive. Sonia was a great motivator to make me remember how happy I was and that it was possible to recuperate my health and my joyful life. We did five sessions before the surgery. Gradually I started feeling more balanced, with more appetite and slowly recuperated my weight. When I felt more secure I initiated going out of the house and driving. My diabetes started to be under control; I didn't need the medication as often. Sonia always told me to follow the doctors’ recommendations and that healing is integrative medicine, but she had strong intuition that my state of health was much better and balanced. When I was in the room for the surgery the doctors checked the fluids around the stomach and they were draining naturally eighty percent! We were very happy for the news, I didn’t need the surgery. After that day we did another two healing sessions to reinforce the healing process and the elimination of the other twenty percent of the fluids. A month later I went back to work, and now I enjoy going to the gym and my life is back to normal. I found Sonia’s intervention in this healing process to be very unique and life-changing.

I saw Sonia both before and after surgery for a seven level cervical spinal fusion. Healing Touch helped me to prepare for surgery by releasing fear and anxiety as well as helping me feel connected to a greater whole. I woke up with a killer pain in my lower back and I couldn’t even sit down without having many symptoms before. I had to take strong medication to manage the pain but I couldn’t even go to work sometimes. The spinal specialist told me I had a big herniated disc in the lower back and the best solution was a surgery. I was afraid to have a surgery in my spine and I prefered to try others solutions first. I did few physical therapy sessions but I didn’t feel that much benefit. I was skeptical to receive energy healing but it was the best thing that I could do. Sonia coached me and did energy work on me. She explained an anti-inflammatory diet to follow and encouraged me to change my lifestyle, helping to reduce stress and increase my energy level, especially in the healing period of time. She recommended I do five energy sessions. As soon as I started receiving the energy treatment the pain level decreased gradually and I started to have more strength in my leg and to feel my feet. Being in healing treatment with Sonia has been without a doubt a healing experience, physically and mentally. I was in a period of emotional transition with a lot of fears, headaches, bone pain, and vision problems when a friend of mine recommended to see Sonia for therapies. I was feeling hopeless and with dense energy attached to my body. I was almost scared of that. I don’t remember exactly how many sessions we did, may be around five. Gradually I started losing my fears, feeling more positive, the dense energy was going away until I lost awareness of it and it didn’t come back. My life started changing after that treatment. I was feeling more joy, hope and I began a new spiritual path… Afterwards, I felt attracted to learn Reiki level 1, 2 and 3 from Sonia with my own healing purpose. I referred several people to her for local and long distance sessions. I’m a witness of how the therapy works in person and from between different locations. Sonia is a being of light that creates amazing positive effects in her clients. Later, in 2016 my mother came to visit from abroad when she was 82 years old. She had a stable state of health even though she has clinical health problems with the thyroid, pre-cancer skin, hip and leg pain. She was under doctor’s supervision. One morning she couldn’t get up from bed. She had pain all over her body. She was also mentally confused. Since she was on vacation in my house without health insurance and no budget to bring her to the hospital. I called Sonia again to do energy healing on my mother. We did the first session at night and the next day my mother was able to stand up and start to walk a little bit. Then we repeated more sessions during that week until my mother recovered. After the five days she started to act like nothing happened before. She recovered her energy even though she lost her thyroid gland when she was 26 years old. Her skin looked much better and the pain released too.

My experience with Sonia was super amazing. She was running a healing circle in a Wellness Center. A friend invited me to the healing circle because I had health problems. I went to the event without any experience of healing before. At that time I couldn’t walk without a four-wheeled walker carrier, I was feeling tired and overwhelmed. Sonia taught some exercises and meditation to the group. Then she asked me to go to the table and she did 15 minutes energy work in my head and upper back. After that healing work my energy shift completely, my face was bright and I felt strong enough to not need the walker carrier to go back home. After that day I started using a walking stick for my daily activities. The following month I went to my second healing circle and Sonia did another energy treatment on me. This was the last time that I used the walking stick. My life changed totally and I feel positive, vigorous, and full of joy now.

The treatment with Sonia have been very transformative in many aspects of my life. When I started the sessions, I was depressed and with panic attacks for work and family issues. This situation was affecting my relationships and my job. We did about eight sessions during a year. The first sessions were more frequent and then were more exporadic.
